DARE RUN 2026 by DHEE Hospitals

DARE RUN is a powerful movement presented by DHEE Hospitals to raise awareness about arthritis, promote early diagnosis, encourage timely treatment, and support a pain-free future for millions silently suffering from the condition. Every stride taken is a voice raised for those who cannot, celebrating resilience and fostering community strength. Participants can choose from three exciting categories: the 10K Timed Run for endurance seekers, the 5K Timed Run for fitness enthusiasts, or the 5K Fun Run/Walk for families and friends. All registrations include entry to the event, a BIB (timing chip for 5K/10K timed runs), a complimentary race day t-shirt, a finisher medal, and a hot breakfast. Prepare to enjoy an energizing morning featuring a celebrity flag-off, a fun Zumba warm-up session, a live DJ, photo booths, and a vibrant community atmosphere. The run starts at Forum South Bengaluru and finishes at DHEE Hospitals on Kanakapura Road.
